1. After logging into QuickTask, tap the Manage icon .
2. Tap Manage Tasks at the top of the screen.
3. Tap Assigned to me or Unassigned to view tasks.
4. For tasks Assigned to me:

   a. Tap to select or view a task.

   b. Tap the “notepad” icon in the upper right corner and select an option:

   • Record Time - To record time, complete the page and then tap Save Time. For help completing fields, refer to the eService help.
   • Close Task - To close the task, complete the page and then tap Close Task. For help completing fields, refer to the eService help.
   • View Images - This option shows images from your device.
5. For tasks Assigned to me, to view an image, you can also tap the row near the bottom of the task labeled View Images.
6. For Unassigned tasks:
   • Tap to view a task. You cannot record time or close an unassigned task.
   • To view an image, tap the row near the bottom of the task labeled View Images.

For Assigned to me tasks, Employee ID must be set up within the Settings application for your Android or iOS device, otherwise no records are available. Refer to the Setting Up QuickTask Property Management topic for details.
